Message	DSL is good if you want/need constant speed, though when you pay for whatever speed that's it that's all you're getting. Cable [me :-)] is awesome if not too many people have it in your area, apartment complex wih lots of techies is not good, I have clocked my speed at up to 9.5Mb before and my service contract says 1Mb, the down side is when a lot of people are on it sux balls, only one time has it ever been below 256Kb for me though.
